Achievements

What we are proud of

  • Founded and structured a new representative body for EMSA Egypt within BUC in under one year, entirely student-run.
  • A record-attendance governance session, the First Union, showing strong internal buy-in for our bylaws and Plans of Action.
  • Every initiative, from concept to execution, designed and delivered by the students themselves.
In progress

Ongoing research

The "Prevention is Better than Cure" campaign produced a full baseline clinical dataset, with complete photo documentation of the process. The research paper based on this data is still in progress.

About the campaign

How we measure

  • Pre- and post-assessment records from Teamwork in Action
  • Online tracker and feedback form data from 25 Days to a New You
  • Bylaws and Plans of Action documented at the First Union
  • Participation records from THPMR and the 2nd Psychiatry Conference
Next mandate

Where we go from here

Priorities from the recommendations in our annual report.

  • Complete and publish the research paper based on the screening data.
  • Turn one-time field collaborations into repeatable partnership frameworks where valuable.
  • Keep standardizing documentation across EMSA Egypt, Shamseya NGO and the BUC Student Hub.
  • Maintain the Exam Rule and the Core Team model to protect member wellbeing.
